Army
The Army ROTC at ASU has a proud history in developing leaders of character for selfless service to the nation and is one of the top leadership programs in the country. Ranked 5th in the nation, year after year the Sun Devil Battalion has commissioned waves of new second lieutenants into the U.S. Army. The battalion is one of the largest in the country with more than 250 cadets. More than 2,000 officers have been commissioned from the Sun Devil Battalion.
In addition to the scholarship programs offered at ASU, AROTC also offers additional financial support through the Simultaneous Membership Program designed for current degree-seeking reserve cadets and national guard, and the Green-to-Gold Program, designed to help promote enlisted soldiers' degree aspirations and move to become officers.
