Southwest Advanced Prototyping Hub
Arizona State University leads the Southwest Advanced Prototyping Hub. It is one of eight hubs created by the DoD. The initiative speeds up microelectronics development for U.S. security.
The SWAP Hub received early funding from the Department of Defense. It is among the first CHIPS Act-supported projects. The Act boosts U.S. semiconductor manufacturing and competitiveness.
ASU leads coordination across the Hub. It helps partners build capabilities to support the DoD and strengthen national security in microelectronics.
